    Click the "subset" drop-down arrow and select "Superscripts and subscripts" option.
  3. Select the symbol and click "Insert."

    Click the "Insert" button.
  4. After you click the "Insert" button, your superscript symbol will appear in your presentation.

Note: You can also click the "Font" drop-down list to select a specific font style for your superscript.

Customize the quick-access toolbar.

To enable superscript buttons in the quick access toolbar of your PowerPoint presentation, all you need to do is:

  1. Click the quick access toolbar option at the upper-left corner of your presentation beside the "Start from beginning" icon.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select "More Command."

  3. Select superscript, then click the "Add >>" button to put the superscript and subscript options in the quick access toolbar. Then, click "Ok."

  4. Once you click "Ok," your superscript options will appear in your quick access toolbar.
